SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Free standard Australia Post or local courier is included in all prices across the website. Express post or delivery can be chosen for an extra fee.

For wholesale customers orders above $250 are delivered free to nominated Australian address. For international deliveries, me2me2 will provide a quotation delivery using an international courier. Orders under $250 attract a $25 freight fee.

me2me2 values our customers and we aim to have all orders packaged and posted as soon as we possibly can. Personalised items take up to two weeks due to the personalised nature. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you require your items urgently please contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your needs.

Please note: Overseas customers must pay via PayPal.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Our website is secure and is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and supports industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

me2me2 will not sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including the information of our subscribers should we produce a newsletter that you sign up to receive.

PAYMENT METHODS

We have just gone online with Afterpay and welcome orders.

Alternative payment methods include paypal and credit card.

Pick ups in the local area are asked to be completed by paypal before your personalised order is completed. 

 

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy please let us know.

 Happy customers are important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card or an exchange. Return postage costs will be at the cost of the customer and a restocking fee may be charged.

 Please note:  A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we will not accept the item for return or exchange.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED ON PERSONALISED ITEMS AS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE ITEMS THEY CANNOT BE RESOLD.

IN THE EVENT THAT SOMETHING IS MISSPELLED AND IS OUR ERROR THEN AND ONLY THEN A  REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL BE ARRANGED.
