SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

me2me2 utilise the most cost efficient courier service when multiple units are ordered. For single piece orders, standard Australia Post is used.  Express post can be used for an upgraded price.

Freight costs will be calculated automatically for orders under $250. Orders above $250 are delivered free to nominated Australian address. For international deliveries, me2me2 will provide a quotation delivery using an international courier.

me2me2 values our customers and we aim to have all orders packaged and posted as soon as we possibly can. Personalised items take up to two weeks due to the personalised nature. Please allow 7 days for delivery. If you require your items urgently please contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your needs.

Please note: Overseas customers must pay via PayPal.

Our website is secure and is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and supports industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

me2me2 will not sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including the information of our subscribers.

If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, you have the option to unsubscribe at any time and will remove your details from our files immediately upon this request.

We welcome any submissions for our newsletter. If you would like your submissions removed for any reason please just email us.

You can use our shopping cart which accepts Paypal. or If you live in Australia and do not want to pay over the internet you may place an order by phone or email and follow up payment by:

Direct deposit: Further details available upon checkout.
When paying via Direct Deposit, please ensure that you use your name as reference when paying.  When payment has cleared in our account, we will ship within 3 working days with the exception of personalised items. (this excludes weekends & public holidays)
Please note: Overseas customers must pay via our internet online payment method or via PayPal.

 

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy please let us know.

 Happy customers are important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card or an exchange. Return postage costs will be at the cost of the customer and a restocking fee may be charged.

 Please note:  A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we will not accept the item for return or exchange.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED ON PERSONALISED ITEMS AS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE ITEMS THEY CANNOT BE RESOLD.

IN THE EVENT THAT SOMETHING IS MISSPELLED AND IS OUR ERROR THEN AND ONLY THEN A  REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL BE ARRANGED.
